I don't know where my head was today but I missed photographing the projects that Barbara, Pat, and Ceil were creating. Pat is continuing to add length to the yellow baby blanket, while Ceil's Richland Shawl is nearing completion. Barbara started a beanie style hat with a garter ridge cuff and stockinette crown.
It was a busy day so I guess I got a little discombobulated.

We welcomed another new Angel, Kelly, to our group. She is an experienced crafter in many mediums. Today she chose to do some finger looping with this yarn that is manufactured to have large loops through which you weave the loops from the previous row. The final blanket looks like stockinette stitch on the front and garter stitch on the back.
We are happy to have her brilliant smile light our Fridays!
Charlene is working on another Norwegian Fir Cardigan for one of her granddaughters.

She said it's an easy pattern to make and wishes they had it in her size. The yarn she is using perfectly highlights the raglan details.

Gerry is crocheting a gift for a coworker who is expecting. She is using a chenille yarn that is so soft and cozy. Bob added a vibrant new variegated yarn to this week's progress. And I am just a little past the half way mark on a Beloved Bonnet which uses a machine wash and dry acrylic/wool blend yarn.
Maria had to use her time untangling some yarn before she could start her project. And check out the turquoise bowl!

This little yarn holder is knitted over-sized on large needles and then felted using soap, hot water, and vigorous agitation to shrink it down to this size.
She bought it at a nearby apple orchard gift shop.

Even though each week looks vaguely like the last, Edgar is making progress on his crocheted hat.

Darwin's blanket grows larger every week. He gets his inspiration for colors from his favorite video game characters.

Jim had to fudge the edges of his crocheted blanket to get it back on the straight line.

Athena got a little advice and guidance from Cinzia on her crocheted blanket.

Gail has knitted enough of her Lazy Cables Baby Blanket to nicely show off those cables.

Someone missed me this afternoon and is hinting that I should share some cuddles and kibble with him. I'm happy to cuddle but he can have the kibble!

Have a great week and keep those needles clicking!
