I had to take a sick day last Friday but Gail took pictures of everyone's progress to keep you up to date. I'm just getting around to sitting upright long enough to post.
Summer colds are the pits! But I'm on the mend and after a two day rest, I'm knitting again.

Bob keeps plugging along on his blanket.

As does Edgar who is proud of his progress.

Pam chose a vibrant blue for her 1898 Hat, free pattern on Ravelry.

Mike is back from his winter snowbird duties and took a day off from golfing to catch up on his stitches. Sorry I missed your first day back. He is working on two Checker Band Hats. He chose great colors for bright contrasts.

Gail knitted about half of the body of her Top Down Raglan Baby Sweater. The sleeve stitches are on hold to be knitted later.

Athena took a few minutes to teach her friend Jacob how to start a crochet chain. Gail said he had the biggest smile on his face the whole time.

Athena had already packed up her own blanket so Gail had to coax her to lay it out for a quick photo shoot.

Tomasa's peachy Side to Side Children's Cardigan is close to the finish line.

Ceil's Touch of Kindness blanket took a detour. She didn't like the way the tension and gauge was knitting up so she frogged it and dropped the needle size down to a 6 from the original 8. She is happy now with the results. Sometimes you just have to trust your gut and make the change.

Jim works hard at his knitting.

Gerry finished her crochet square. This reminds me of a bumble bee.

Heidi has to finish one sleeve of her Moon Phases Sweater. She is looking forward to giving it a good bath and blocking to even out the tension and bloom the stitches.

Peggy is learning how to pick up stitches for her little cardigan.

Debra's Trio of Cables blanket is just about done and there's not much left of the monster size ball of yarn she started with.

Tina brought a friend, Tanya, who is knitting the Greenery Beret, a pretty lace beret by Melissa La Barre.

Tina started Phazelia's Mitered Baby Jacket, a pattern which uses increases and decreases to create angles that magically become a sweater.

I'm going to make myself a large cup of tea and rest up for this week.
In the meantime, keep those needles clicking.
